"Getting Over You"

Can it be technically considered “getting over” someone if there was no actual relationship in the first place? Even for something like a “friendzone” gone sour? I don’t really understand how people nowadays define the dynamics of a relationship, the “lack” or the absence thereof, because I was never good at it. Ever.

Nobody is a solid fan of only one music genre. I admit… I like mainstream pop – a lot! I just happen to like rock more often. In this case, I think it’s “synth pop”; Lauv kinda sounds like LANY, musically. Yet again, an LSS is sinking in. Aside from youtube browsing, my biological sister remains to be one of the greatest influencers of music in my life. What I hear from her laptop computer takes me places. She loves this singer! I’m a caveman in the current music scene!! Hahaha…

*I know all that needed to be said may have already been said. I just don’t know what to do. I’m quite concerned of how you would react if I insisted to talk with you privately. Or maybe you won’t react at all?! Why would you even want to speak with me? But something tells me it’s no longer necessary. I applaud your strength for breaking the silence between us and for confronting me head-on. You handled yourself well. Although some parts were childish and silly, I still think you're an amazing woman.
